After months of waiting, The Woman in Black is finally opening.
Today is also opening day for the found-footage teens-with-awesome-super-powers flick Chronicle. This is a film that really could go either way, but so far, early reviews are positive, so they may have nailed it. Can't wait to find out.
The Innkeepers begins its theatrical run today. If it is showing near you, you NEED to see this film. This is one of my favorite movies in a long-ass time. It balances truly terrifying moments with awesome characters, a creepy setting and a ton of charm. MUST SEE.
Finally, if you live in NY, LA or Austin, you are among the lucky few who get to see Kill List:
Eight months after a botched job in Kiev, Jay (Neil Maskell) is an out-of-work hit man with no job, money, health insurance and a wife constantly on his case. But when his business partner Gal (Michael Smiley) comes over for dinner and pressures Jay into taking a new assignment, Jay quickly finds himself back in the game with the promise of a big payoff after three assassinations. Although the hits start off without incident, soon things begin to unravel and Jay's paranoia reveals itself as he is plunged into the heart of darkness.
